Designers

Our Design Team go to great lengths to understand your vision and then tailor an environment that brings this all together for you in perfect harmony. They have the specific knowledge of, and insight into, the various requirements of councils all around Adelaide - including the policies of historical zones.

Project Manager

Your Project Manager has an in depth knowledge of the most up to date technology and innovations around the home; whether it be the latest materials, newest colour trends, fireplaces, pools, security options or audio visual fittings, just to name a few. You name it, they’ll know about it, and if they don’t have the information you need they’ll find it for you. They’re professionals who are extremely well connected with the best suppliers available. But most of all, their number one role is to make sure your experience of building with Medallion is pleasurable from start to finish.

Building Supervisor

Extremely experienced and knowledgeable, not only does our Building Supervisor manage our hand selected team of tradespeople, but he also co-ordinates any external trades needed. In consultation with your Project Manager, your Building Supervisor oversees all trades to ensure your home is delivered to the Medallion blue print. He’s professional, yet approachable and intuitively works with you to ensure your dream goes to plan.
