Medallion Homes

The Greatest View:

There’s impressive luxury on the horizon in Burnside.

The addition of seven luxury homes on a special patch of land marks an exciting new chapter for Burnside.

The boutique family abodes are the work of Medallion Homes, who were engaged in November 2019 to guide the project from start to finish. It takes vision to craft a stylish precinct from the ground up.

After managing the division of over 6,000sqm of blue-chip land across View Street and Wyatt Road, it was released to the Medallion Homes database, one street at a time.

Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long for savvy investors to share the vision. After marketing commenced in November 2019, deposits were received for three of the blocks within a fortnight.

Medallion Homes led the impressive design and development that followed, with its team of designers, project managers and site supervisors working closely with clients to create their perfect home.

Construction kicked off on the first Wyatt Road house during May 2020 and was completed seven months later in December.

Meanwhile, construction commenced on View Street’s first home in June 2020 and was finished in April 2021.

The unwavering attention to detail continued with a total of four homes on View Street and three on Wyatt Road, with construction of the final build wrapping up during October 2022. The resulting aesthetic is stunning. Each head turning home reflects the individual clients’ personal tastes, requirements, and living needs; now and into the future.

The precinct has a distinct, premium Medallion Homes stamp and is something of which homeowners and the surrounding community can be extremely proud.
